About Us
Bank House Estate Planning is a leading Will Writing and Estate Planning business and are proud members of the Society of Will Writers – a leading industry body that consumers are recommended to use when having their Will written.
Jamie Shannon and Nicole Pattison started the business from their home in 2013 providing our Will writing and estate planning service by way of home-visit appointment throughout South East England, with the sole mission of reducing the number of people dying without a Will.
Will purchases increased tenfold and additional advisers were brought in along the way, each being put through our internal training program to ensure that all our clients continue to receive the same quality advice and expectations required by Bank House Estate Planning.
Various advertising campaigns would quite literally see us sell in excess of 600 Wills in a 3 week period which for a small firm, meant at times, we found ourselves struggling to meet demand with clients sometimes having to wait days for consultants to simply find the time to call them to book in their Will writing appointment.
To solve this, we developed our own state of the art appointment booking system that enabled clients to simply book their appointment online at their convenience, and overnight, the delays in booking the initial appointment were resolved and the business continued to flourish.Our Services
